Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as we start fresh preparation immediately.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
š¦ Damaged or Tampered Products
Please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package. If the product is damaged, tampered, or incorrect, share the video with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Our team will review the video and take appropriate action.
š¬ Shipment Returns
If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failed delivery attempts, we will refund only the product amount (after deducting shipping charges).

Refund requests will be reviewed and approved within 2ā3 working days. Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5ā7 working days.

Story behind Beyond Flavourzā¢
My name is Harsha Vardhini, a mother of two from Hyderabad. In 2022, when I began introducing my daughter to solid foods, I went looking for uggu, the traditional weaning food of Telangana. What I found on store shelves disappointed me: most packaged baby-food brands were loaded with added sugars, preservatives, and artificial ingredients. Drawing on my grandmotherās recipe, I prepared clean, wholesome food at home instead. When my son reached the same stage in 2025, I faced the very same problem. Realizing how many other mothers struggled with this too, I founded Beyond Flavourzāour promise of clean, traditional, preservative-free baby food made the way it should be.
